Place your pressure cooker add oil to it,once heated add tomato
Let the the Tomato cooked and be little mushy
In the mean time grind all masala to fine paste in mixie
Once tomoto is cooked add chole masala, turmeric powder and chilli powder and saute for 1 minute
Now add masala to it and add salt
Now add soaked chickpeas and cook till the masala is cooked and oil start coming from sides
Now add water and potato to it
Close the pressure cooker lid and give 3 to 4 whistle till chickpeas are tender and cooked
Now serve the chole Masala with rice or Indian breads
